Anunciadas mais verbas para Saúde da Família
Ao todo, 107 municípios de 19 Estados foram beneficiados com recursos financeiros do governo federal
O Ceará foi um dos Estados contemplados, pelo Ministério da Saúde, com a portaria, lançada na última sexta feira, que autoriza municípios a contratarem profissionais para a estratégia Saúde da Família.
As autorizações preveem 730 novos agentes comunitários de saúde e o credenciamento de 76 equipes de Saúde da Família e 58 Equipes de Saúde Bucal. Além disso, 31 secretarias municipais de saúde poderão implementar Núcleos de Apoio à Saúde da Família (NASFs). Ao todo, 107 municípios de 19 Estados foram beneficiados com recursos financeiros do governo federal destinados ao custeio das novas equipes e estruturas de assistência básica à população.
Além do Ceará também foram contemplados os Estados de Alagoas, Bahia, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Mato grosso do Sul, Pará, Paraíba, Paraná, Pernambuco, Piauí, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, Rondônia, Santa Catarina, Sergipe, São Paulo e Tocantins.
Os valores repassados aos municípios integram o Piso da Atenção Básica (PAB) Variável. O incentivo anual por Equipe de Saúde da Família varia de R$ 80,4 mil a R$ 120,6 mil e por Equipe de Saúde Bucal, de R$ 25,2 mil a R$ 33,6 mil.
A Portaria Nº 648, de 2006, diz que em grandes centros urbanos deve existir um posto de saúde para cada 12 mil habitantes. Em Fortaleza, existem 92 postos, deveriam ser 142, isso representa um déficit de 50 Unidades Básicas de Saúde.
A Assessoria de imprensa da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde (SMS) informou que o órgão ainda não sabe se Fortaleza será contemplada pela portaria.
