Iveco vence licitação para fornecer 185 Daily ao Ministério da Saúde
Primeiras 103 unidades serão entregues no próximo dia 02 de março à prefeituras de 16 Estados, beneficiadas pelo Programa Brasil Sorridente .Os veículos, equipados com consultórios odontológicos completos, têm capacidade para realizar 350 atendimentos ao mês .
A Iveco venceu mais uma licitação do Governo Federal, desta vez junto ao Ministério da Saúde, para o fornecimento de 185 Daily Furgão 45S14 implementados como Unidades Odontológicas Móveis (UOM) como parte do Programa Brasil Sorridente, criado em 2003 por meio da Política Nacional de Saúde Bucal para a promoção, prevenção e recuperação da saúde bucal da população brasileira. Do total, 103 veículos serão entregues para dezenas de prefeituras de 16 Estados brasileiros no próximo dia 02 de março, na sede da empresa Rontan, em Tatuí (SP), que foi responsável pela implementação dos veículos. Do lote total de 185 veículos, outras 57 unidades já foram entregues ao Ministério da Saúde e aguardam destinação final. As restantes 25 unidades serão produzidas e entregues pela Iveco ao Ministério da Saúde nas próximas semanas.
Os furgões Iveco Daily 45S14 foram equipados pela Rontan como Unidades Odontológicas Móveis transformaram-se em consultórios odontológicos completos, contendo cadeira odontológica, kit de pontas (o famoso “motorzinho do dentista”), mocho (cadeira do dentista), refletor, amalgamador e fotopolimerizador (que faz o preparo dos materiais utilizados nas restaurações de dentes), raio-X odontológico e autoclave para esterilização do material. As unidades móveis possuem ar-condicionado, pia, reservatórios de água, armários etc. Um mini-trailer, acoplado ao furgão, transporta o gerador, responsável pela energia do consultório por um período de até 24 horas.
Cada unidade móvel tem capacidade para realizar 350 atendimentos/mês em média e servirão às populações que apresentam maior dificuldade de acesso aos serviços de saúde, e que estão localizados principalmente em áreas rurais.
No evento do dia 2 de março, os 103 veículos serão distribuídos da seguinte forma: Amapá (4 unidades), Bahia (22), Goiás (12), Maranhão (1), Mato Grosso (1), Mato Grosso do Sul (4), Minas Gerais (13), Pará (9), Paraíba (1), Paraná (3), Pernambuco (3), Piauí (9), Rio Grande do Sul (6), Santa Catarina (3), São Paulo (2), Tocantins (10).
