10 de abril é dia de lutar por mais recursos para a Saúde
O Movimento Saúde+10 realizará um Ato em Defesa da Saúde Pública no dia 10 de abril, a partir das 9h, em frente ao Congresso Nacional. A iniciativa, que tem como objetivo reafirmar a necessidade de fortalecer o SUS público, universal e integral, deverá mobilizar e levar à capital federal cidadãos de diversos estados brasileiros.
Durante a realização do Ato, será também anunciada a primeira contagem oficial de assinaturas alcançadas até o momento pelo Projeto de Emenda Popular que assegura 10% do PIB para o orçamento da União na Saúde.
O movimento
Criado há um ano, o Movimento Nacional em Defesa da Saúde Pública tem como objetivo a coleta de 1,500 milhões de assinaturas em prol de um Projeto de Lei de Iniciativa Popular que assegure o repasse efetivo e integral de 10% das receitas correntes brutas da União para a saúde pública brasileira, alterando, dessa forma, a Lei Complementar no 141, de 13 de janeiro de 2012.
A iniciativa visa agregar, de maneira contínua e crescente, entidades organizadas e as diversas instituições, abrangendo toda a sociedade, nas cidades e no campo, no esforço cívico de encaminhar à Câmara Federal tal quantidade de assinaturas para a execução do citado projeto.
Entende-se que a justeza dessa proposição alcançará milhões de mentes e consciências, em uma ampla mobilização nacional, de caráter suprapartidário, exigindo a definitiva priorização da saúde como bem maior de uma nação soberana, que cuida do seu povo e garante os seus direitos constitucionais.
